  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable).

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

2.    Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos (if damaged).

3.    Wait for our confirmation before shipping the item back.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
